Useful Tips Before Booking

• Expenses of personal nature such as tips, laundry, telephone, and drinks.
• Airfare, Train fare.
• GST
• Gondola ride in Gulmarg.
• Garden entrance fee (if required).
• Pahalgam local cab for Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari.
• Pony Rides & Union Cabs in any destinatiin
• Travel insurance.
• Lunch / Snacks.
• Optional Activities: Any tours or activities not included in the itinerary.
• Additional Transportation: Any transport not mentioned in the itinerary, such as taxi fares for personal travel.
• Chain cabs in case of snow.
• AC charges (if required).
• Anything not mentioned in inclusions will be considered as exclusion.

Cancellation Policy & Airline Cancellation Policy

• 1. Cancellation by the Customer:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total package cost. Only a nominal cancellation fee (usually 10%) will be deducted.

• Cancellation between 20-30 days before departure: 70% refund of the total package cost. The company will deduct 30% to cover service fees, advance bookings, and other non-refundable charges.

• Cancellation between 7-14 days before departure: 30% refund of the total package cost. Since hotels, transportation, and activities will likely have already been booked, 50% of the cost will be non-refundable.

• Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund. In this case, full payment is considered non-refundable, as most arrangements would have been finalized by this stage.

• No show or same-day cancellation: No refund will be provided if the client fails to show up on the day of the trip or cancels on the day of travel.

• 2. Cancellation by the Company:

• In the rare event that the travel company has to cancel a booking (due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, government regulations, or other issues), the customer will receive a full refund or be provided with an alternative date or itinerary, depending on their preference.

• 3. Force Majeure:

• If the cancellation is due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), refunds will be processed based on the company’s discretion. Some companies offer credits or vouchers for future travel instead of cash refunds under such circumstances.

• 4. Modifications:

• Any modifications to the booking (date change, name change, etc.) requested by the customer are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Some companies allow changes up to 15 days before the start date without penalties, while others may charge a small fee for modifications.

• 5. Refund Process:

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after cancellation is confirmed.

• 6. Special Conditions for Peak Season or Festive Bookings:

• During peak tourist season or festivals, stricter cancellation policies may apply. In some cases, 100% cancellation fees might be levied if canceled less than 30 days in advance.

  Additional Clauses:

• Non-refundable components: Certain components such as airfare, houseboats, and third-party bookings (e.g., gondola rides in Gulmarg) are non-refundable once booked.
• Travel Insurance: It is recommended to take travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. Some companies may provide assistance in claiming insurance, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure coverage.
